"The Real Housewives of New Jersey's" Teresa Giudice held a signing for her third cookbook, "Fabulicious: Fast & Fit," at Costco Wednesday in Wayne.

"Fabulicious: Fast & Fit," released May 15, is Guidice's third New York Times bestselling authentic Italian cookbook.

"My first two were so successful, I just wanted to keep going," she said.

Fast & Fit features 70 new heart-healthy recipes, many of which work well with Weight Watchers and gluten-free diets. All of the recipes take 30 minutes or less to prepare and cook, many of which require only 10 ingredients or less. In her book, Giudice details calorie counts and nutritional information for those health-conscious readers. The recipes were passed down through her family, and now Giudice is ready to share them with the world!

Her fans waited patiently to meet this reality television star and bestselling author, despite her late arrival. Guidice's fans were happily met by this TV star and her daughter Gabriella. She said she likes to involve her daughters; family and food are her two life passions.

"I want them to see what mommy does," Giudice said.

The first person in line for the book signing was Wayne resident Rosaida Greco. Greco is a huge fan of Giudice, both on television and her previous cookbooks, she said. Her sons and daughters are also huge fans. The family came to Costco at 2 p.m. for the 6 p.m. signing, did some shopping, and waited in line for their favorite Housewife from 4 p.m. until her arrival.

"I watch the show every week," Greco said. "I have the first two cookbooks too!"

Sisters Nicollette and Mackenzie Jacobs waited to meet their celebrity idol with friend Meagan Blaier. The three girls also arrived to Costco around 4 p.m.

Blaier bought Giudice's first two cookbooks, and couldn't wait to meet her when the third was released.

"We love her," the girls said.

"We watch her show every single week," Nicollette Jacobs added.

After meeting Giudice, the girls' love for her and the show grew stronger.

"I love her even more now!" Jacobs said.

"She's the best," Blaier said. "She's so cute!"

The line continued to grow during the book signing, with many teen girls and moms waiting to meet Giudice and her daughter.

I'm so glad that I didn't make my usual Wednesday visit to Costco yesterday. Agree with all previous comments. Why people continue to buy her books is beyond me. All they are doing is helping to contribute to this woman's over the top lifestyle. Which one of us would be able to get away with the cheating and scheming that all of these HWONJ do? She makes me sick!

Why on Earth would anyone support a woman and a couple that are so blatant in their law-breaking ways (there's a half-dozen or so criminal acts undertaken but let's just go with the MASSIVE FRAUD they committed when shielding HUGE ASSETS before the bankruptcy court)??? Don't these people understand that financial cheats take money from other people's pockets ... including the pockets of the morons lining up to gush over the crook stealing their money??? Our country is not going to collapse because of immorality, drug-use, same-sex marriage or any of the issues they hash over at The 700 Club ... our country will collapse from plummeting I.Q.'s and an inability to relate one piece of information to another (i.e. The U.S. economy is in economic distress + 1 Percenters who are also tax cheats/financial crooks = I shouldn't grant sainthood to cheats/crooks because doing so creates more distress to all). The folks who have turned Mrs. Giudice into a best-selling "author" should be forced to trade in those cookbooks for a newspaper.

What's amazing is, we ALL here think the cast and show stink, yet they keep getting renewed each year with bigger contracts...Are we missing something or are the watchers that out of it??? Just wondering

That is a question for the psychiatrists and any Italian anti-defamation groups. I thought the Sopranos and Jersey Shore portrayed a negative image of a nationality filled with much history, music, wine, food, tradition, etc.

'she is to phoney'
'do the continue'
'stop making these liers'

I'm seriously cringing while reading some of these comments. I don't know which is worse: obvious jealousy or the horrible grammar they contain. If you don't like Teresa, why even bother reading the article?

Good point Christina about why people read this article if they don't like Teresa. I personally feel she is a disgrace to women, Italians, and all people who live in NJ. Having said that, I read this article because I actually wonder if she has any real fans from NJ who aren't her friends or family.
