High School Hall Of Fame Looking For Nominees

Three to five individuals wanted for the Class of 2012.

The Wayne Valley High School Hall of Fame is looking for a few new inductees.

The football team and coach Brian O’Connor are seeking nominations for the team’s Hall of Fame Class of 2012.

They are looking for three to five potential inductees. The club and O’Connor need certain details for each nominee: year graduated, years played, any team and individual accomplishments earned, and contact information.

The Hall of Fame’s annual beefsteak dinner is Friday, Aug. 31 at the Wayne Police Athletic League. Tickets for current players, alumni, and cheerleaders cost $25, $30 for all other attendees.

Twelve individuals have been inducted to the hall of fame.

Class of 2009: Coach Bob Bishop, Aaron Hall, Ted Hanenberg, and Mike Radtke. Class of 2010: Ken Coyle, Walt Foster, Coach Fred Keil, and Coach Dave McMahon. Class of 2011: John Drozjock, John Klosek, James Parole, and Coach Ken Sinofsky.
