Laurelwood Aroboretum isn't just a place where someon can stop and smell the flowers. You can taste them now too.

Volunteers and local officails dedicated the new Sensory Garden at the Arboretum Saturday afternoon. The garden is designed to give patrons new ways of appreciating nature.

The circular area is divided up into different secitons, one for each of four senses: touch, state, sight, and smell. The plants in each section were included because they lend themselves well to either being touched, smelled, or even plucked and eaten.
