Joseph Falcone, a former Passaic County Prosecutor and state Superior Court judge, died Tuesday, NorthJersey.com reported.
Falcone, a Wayne resident, became the Pasasic County assignment judge in 1996, the top judge in the county, the website reported. He also wrote a decision regarding the Seton Hall University dorm fire case.
