The township held its annual Independence Day celebreation with a dazzling fireworks show at Wayne Hils High School Monday night.

Kids ate cotton candy while parents relaxed on lawn chairs and blankets and ate hot dogs and hamburgers.

Patriotic songs played while the fireworks lit up the black summer sky.

The Wayne Police Athletic League sponsored the event.
