Five Guys Burgers & Fries is a fun and exciting place to take the kids for a night out and it will also be enjoyable for you too.

The bright red and white theme of the restaurant gives the place a nostalgic feel of being back in the old burger place you went to as a kid. Free all-you-can-eat peanuts are packed into barrels and make a great addition to your meal and will help keep the kids occupied while you order.

Although there isn't much on the menu, burgers are made to order. More than a dozen toppings are available to make yours just the way you want it. Regular burgers are made with two beef patties, while "little burgers" are made with one. Bacon cheeseburgers are available too.

Hot dogs come plain or topped with cheese, bacon or both. Veggie and cheese sandwiches round out the menu. The hand-cut french fries come in two varieties, plain and cajun style for a little treat. They're cooked in 100 peanut oil. A regular size container will feed two people as fry cooks pack the container and then dump even more fries into the bag.

Five Guys' prices are budget-friendly, so no guilt for taking the kids out.
