Dancers Strut Their Hip Hop Skills On Stage
Wayne Y hosts hip hop dance camp this summer. Students were taught how to perform together and improvise on stage.
The Wayne YMCA held its Hip Hop Conservatory Dance Camp recently.
Campers were taught various kinds of disciplines, including: break dancing, ballet, jazz, and modern dancing.
Campers were taught choreography and how to improvise their routines on the dance floor.
Attendees wrapped up the two-week long camp with a showcase performance on stage at the Y’s Rosen Theater.
