Charity Hosting Benefit Concert for Soldiers and Students
Hakuna Matata Fundraising is organizing Rock for Soliders, a special concert to raise money fro the Wounded Warrior Homefront Organizationn, the Wayne Hills Class of 2013.
Local rock bands will perform on stage during a special Rock for Soldiers concert on Monday.
The President's Day concert at the Wayne YMCA will raise money for the Wounded Warrior Homefront, a non-profit, and the Wayne Hills senior class.
More than a dozen bands will perform at the concert, including Scarlet Rush and Radio Silence.
Hakuna Matata Fundraising, a non-profit founded by David Boronow and Alyssa Scheiner, seniors at Wayne Hills, are organizing the eight-hour long event.
Boronow said he hopes to raise more than $1,000.
Tickets cost $12.
