Adult Cats Make Great Pets

The Wayne Animal Shelter has dozens of adult cats ready to be adopted. 

When a mother cat gives birth to kittens, or the shelter is given a litter of them, they tend to be adopted quickly — but not always. Some are left at the shelter and go years before someone comes along and adopts them.

We talked to Mike at the Wayne Animal Shelter and he gave us five reasons why adult cats make great pets. We'll show you one reason a day this week.
